Congratulations to Chaitanya for the best presentation (second prize) award during the 2020 Research Scholars Day, IIT Patna. Now for five years in a row, TFTL has secured podium position in institute-wide festival of research scholars at IIT Patna.

Thermal and Fluid Transport Laboratory welcomes Dr. Dmitry Zaitsev, Kutateladze Institute of Thermophysics, Novosibirsk, Russia to IIT Patna. We hope to utilize this collaboration opportunity through DST-RFBR joint project to investigate the exciting topic of flow boiling with aqueous solution of surface active ionic liquids for high heat flux applications.

Recalling the year gone by and welcoming the new year. It was wonderful that recently graduated TFTL alumni Dr. Md. Qaisar Raza and Durgesh Ranjan were in town and could join us. Year 2019 was very satisfying and in many sense landmark year for TFTL. The year 2020 promises many new milestones that we at TFTL will like to achieve. We hope to grow and welcome new young bright minds to TFTL. Happy new year to all well wishers and friends of TFTL.
