About NEXUS

In this knowledge driven economy, synergy between Academia and Industry is key to technology excellence on either side. It provides benefits of the advanced research to the industry while the experience of industry will enrich the academia with creative knowledge and exposure. In Nexus, IIT Patna aims to create a platform for seamless transfer of knowledge and experience between Industry and academia, by creating a network. Alumni plays an important role in this process, as they act as the link between the institute and the industry. Aptly, IIT Patna is bringing all its Alumni to Nexus-2017. Commercialization of research and entrepreneurship is yet another dimension of closer ties between academia and industry. Nexus-17, in partnership with Incubation Centre IIT Patna, aims to promote this culture by bringing entrepreneurial aspirants across the country to listen to the industry veterans.
