Hello! I am a fifth year PhD student in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IIT Patna), one of the India’s finest institution. My supervisors are Dr. Sriparna Saha and Prof. Pushpak Bhattacharyya. My research interest includes automatic text summarization and scholarly data mining using machine learning, evolutionary algorithms, and multi-objective optimization. Under Summarization, I have covered many facets of extractive summarization such as single/multi-document summarization, figure-associated text summarization, microblog summarization, multi-modal document/microblog summarization, etc. I have published research papers in Cognitive Computation, Knowledge-based systems, IEEE TCSS, IEEE Intelligent Systems, ACM TOMM, Applied Intelligence, IEEE IJCNN, ICONIP, IEEE CEC.
