ICDSE is soliciting Full papers. All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The submission must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references, and not submitted or published in journal or other conferences/workshops that have proceedings. Submissions must be written in English, strictly follow the LNEE format, and should be at most 15 pages (including the bibliography). Submissions not meeting these guidelines risk rejection. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper. It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious "Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering" series. Format

The theme chosen by ICDSE 2021 for this year’s conference is “Data, Devices, Decisions for a Digital World”.
All the submitted full papers will be peer reviewed by technical committee of the conference. Review Process, Publication and Indexing: The conference aims at carrying out two rounds of review process. In the first round, the papers submitted by the authors will be assessed on the basis of their technical suitability, scope of work and plagiarism. The corresponding authors of qualifying submissions will be intimated for their papers to be double blind reviewed by three experts on the basis of originality, novelty, clarity, completeness, relevance, significance and research contribution We look forward to your contributions in the international conference.


Proceedings:

It is planned to publish the peer reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” series (https://www.springer.com/series/7818). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.
