M.Tech Programme Overview
IIT Patna has started M.Tech. programme in eight specialization namely:

| VLSI & Embedded Systems | 2017 batch on wards |
The M.Tech programme consists of four semesters spread over two academic years. Students are admitted to the M.Tech programme through GATE as well as through Sponsored Category.
