Health Care is an integral part of any Institute. IIT Patna is working towards providing good health care facilities for its students, staff, and faculty members.
At present, local hospitals like Mahavir Vatsalya Hospital and Sahyog Hospital have been empaneled for providing health care facilities to IIT Patna students and employees.
We are also negotiating with other health care facilities in Patna for providing better services to IIT Patna family.
National Insurance provides health insurance facility to the students of IIT Patna.
Doctors, including specialists, visit our on campus dispensary every evening. We have also arranged for a clinical psychologist. An ambulance is available during working hours in the main building of our temporary campus for emergency needs.
