IIT Patna has appointed Mr Sanjay Kumar, Assistant Registrar, as Hindi Officer of the Institute. He has been assigned with the responsibility of implementation of the Official Language. Its activities includes translation of Annual Report, Annual Accounts, Audit Reports, Different Nameplates, and presentation of Degrees/Diploma in Hindi. Service Books and Health Books are printed in Hindi and English both. Hindi Diwas is celebrated on 14th September and competetions of Hindi knowledge are organised.
